Structured electronic invoicing between businesses is mandatory since 1st January 2026: what do you need to do?

Since 1 January 2026, all Belgian companies subject to VAT will have to exchange structured electronic invoices directly between software systems via the Peppol network.

Since that date on, you have been receiving your ENGIE invoices via the Peppol network.

Contact your accounting software provider to set up your connection.
