A green energy contract is an agreement where you purchase energy generated entirely from renewable sources, such as wind, solar or hydroelectric power. In doing so, your company contributes to lower CO2 emissions and supports the transition to an environmentally friendly future.
Via Guarantees of Origin
Guarantees of Origin (“GoOs”) are digital certificates that prove that the electricity in a green energy contract comes from renewable sources, such as solar, wind or hydropower. One GoO is issued for each megawatt hour (MWh) of green energy generated, allowing transparency and control over the origin of the energy.
There are four different price formulas to choose from:
1. Average
2. Indexed
3. Flexiclick
4. FlexiPower/TTF FlexiClick MW
You decide at different moments in time the volume that you want to purchase at a given price. Conditions: minimum annual consumption of 2 GWh.
