New network tariffs in Flanders for electricity as from 2023

In order to keep the electricity network in Flanders stable and reliable in the future, the energy regulator VREG will introduce new network tariffs as from the 1st of January 2023 for the distribution and transport costs of electricity.

Where can I find a duplicate of my bill?

You can find an overview of your bills online in the Energy Bill application in your Customer Area. You can view and download your outstanding and paid bills.

My business is moving premises. What do I need to do?

When moving to a new premises or when leaving your old premises an energy transfer document should be filled in together with the previous user or new occupant. Both parties must sign the document.

The energy transfer document is the only valid proof of the correct meter readings. You can find the forms and our contact details here.

If there is no new occupant and the meters need to be closed, you should contact your distribution system operator (DSO) to arrange for someone to come and switch off the meters. We will draw up the final invoice after receiving the validated meter data from your DSO.It's best to do this before you leave.
